Customer Types Dashboard

Below you'll observe how to access and review your Customer Types Dashboard...

1. At the top of the Homepage, you'll observe the navigation tabs
2. Select Category: Sales
3. Select Subcategory: Sales Performance
4. Scroll down to the Customer Types Dashboard

This dashboard presents:

1. New Customers – first purchase processed in the selected period
2. Existing Customers – purchase processed prior to the selected period
3. The impact on sales of both new and existing customers
