Below you'll observe how to access and review your Secondary Order Channel Dashboard...

  1. At the top of the Homepage, you'll observe the navigation tabs
  2. Select Category: Attribution
  3. Select Subcategory: Channel Performance
  4. Scroll down to the Secondary Order Analysis Dashboard

This dashboard offers:

  1. An overview of how you are retaining customers by channel, in relation to how the customer was acquired initially.
  2. Your best channel for retaining customers from the same channel and your best overall secondary orders channel, by the percentage retained.

Below your Secondary Order Analysis, you’ll find your Secondary Order Touchpoint Dashboard

This demonstrates:

  1. A breakdown of touchpoint performance within secondary orders.
  2. Data generated by primary orders or sales, specified through the drop-down menu.
