Facebook Live Sync Integration Setup

To Live Sync Audiences to Facebook…

You’ll need to:

1. Select the export feature on your customized audience, enabling the live sync integration tab to pop-up, presenting all available third-party dashboard integrations.
2. Select the setting cog in the right-hand corner of the Facebook Tab.

To Create a Custom Audience:

1. 1. Select the Custom Audience Tag
   2. Enter the audience name, sync schedule, sync weekday, and ad account.
   3. Select Save and Activate
   4. Select 'Sync Now' once you have saved and activated the integration

NB. Ensure you have accepted TOS in Facebook in order to create a custom audience

To Create a Lookalike Audience:

1. 1. Select the Lookalike Audience Tag
   2. Enter the audience name, sync schedule, sync weekday, and ad account
   3. Select either the optimise automatically or optimise manually tag
   4. Select either the similarity or greater reach tag
   5. Customise your optimisation percentile
   6. Select Save and Activate
   7. Select ‘Sync Now’ once you have saved and activated the integration
