Below you'll observe how to access and review your Channel Performance Dashboard...

  1. At the top of the Homepage, you'll observe the navigation tabs
  2. Select Category: Attribution
  3. Select Subcategory: Channel Performance
  4. Scroll down to the Customer Behaviour Dashboard

This dashboard offers:

  1. A breakdown by channel of touchpoints made in reference to customer types and behaviour.
  2. Your customer behaviour activity, broken down into segments to compare and contrast throughout channels.
  3. Data generated by your specified sales type, display, and metric selected from drop-down menus.
