Adding a Recurring Cost

To Add a Recurring Cost...

  1. From the Manual Costs Dashboard, select ‘Add Recurring Cost’.
  2. A pop-up will appear where you are able to fill in the relevant fields, such as; name, recurrence type,  allocation period, channel.

This Provides:

  1. The ability to set up a one-time marketing cost defined by a specific channel(s) and allocated within a specific time period.

Default cost allocation type is Linear - Split Between Days.

  • The cost will be allocated evenly between the start and end date of the activity.
  • Use that section to customize the allocation method to your needs.
  • You can edit allocation on a campaign or single activity level.

As you scroll down the recurring cost wizard...

  1. Add the currency, cost, start and end dates.
  2. The wizard will automatically allocate the dates and costs over the set period, determined by the recurrence type which has been set at the top of the pop-up.
